A sign saying "No Parking, immediate loading and unloading only", which does not appear to be official City signage, has been bolted just underneath a legitimate City sign for street sweeping. This block of Lowell St. between 57th and Aileen Streets is being used by Suprema Meats for loading and unloading of big rigs and other delivery trucks in the public right of way, including public parking. Residents suspect that Suprema Meats is responsible for posting this sign in an attempt to "reserve" public right of way for their business operations. I am requesting that OakDOT investigate the origin and legitimacy of this sign and take appropriate action to ensure that the public right of way and parking space are not used as an extension of Suprema Meat's facility.

West side of Lowell between Arlington and Grace, and pretty much all of Lowell between Stanford and Aileen, has become a dumping ground. This is a pile of couches and a mattress and other debris. People have been driving by and picking up / dropping off.

Southwest corner of Grace and Lowell, and pretty much all of Lowell between Stanford and Aileen, has become a dumping ground. This particular corner outside the warehouse at 959 Grace has a pile of trash and an abandoned smashed up vehicle. I gave the address of the warehouse on this corner since dumping happens constantly all around it, but I don't know if the warehouse is used by anyone as I've never seen any activity. There are often RVs parked at this corner too with people living in them although there isn't one there at the moment.

The signal to cross 57th St on the west side of Market Street only has one control button to request a walk signal to cross Market/Adeline Streets. The walk signal never appears to cross 57th St. This 6 way intersection is confusing enough as it is with cars inadvertently running red lights. When crossing 57th St it isn't possible without a working signal to know if westbound traffic from five different directions has a green light. This intersection has been "rehabilitated", yet no signal was installed.
