The pedestrian crossing signal at grand and Clinton was accidentally damaged during snow clean up and it was removed. A traffic warning cone was placed over the wires and bolted down on one corner. This is better than no cover however any child that flip the orange cone over can touch what I assume are live wires. We need a better cap over the wires ASAP. This crossing is used by many elderly and handicapped people in our neighborhood wanting to cross to the convenience store or to go to the businesses further west on Grand ave. please repair as soon as possible.

It appears a car was crashed into the fence at the south side of the Strong School building playground. There is car glass on the ground and the fence has been damaged in a way that could hurt children who play with it. Please repair as soon as possible.

public works or school system plow scattered curb strip top soil just put in by the crew that fixed the sidewalk. can someone please tell the plow truck not to exit the parking area by driving over the curb strip. It would also be great if the damage were repaired.

There is a dead tree in front of my house and another tree that emits some sort of oil that makes my brick walk way slippery. Would appreciate a call from someone at city hall to arrange for the removal of the dead tree so we can plant a new one and a consult on what to do about the slippery walk way caused by the residue from the tree.

At least 3 parents' cars were towed this morning while they were dropping their kids off at the Strong School. Several streets are cleaned on any given day; why not give parents a break and wait until 9am near a school where no off-street parking is provided? I appreciate that streets are periodically cleaned, but there is something wrong with the timing of the process.

The ground covering for the playground and windows have been repaired.

- Pieces of the picnic tables have been broken off, making the tables a hazard.
- Recycling storage bin should be pushed flush against the wall so that it cannot be used to hide behind.

On the way home tonight I notice that the temporary fence on the south side of Grand Avenue, between the fire station and State Street has been knocked down.

The hydrant closest to this address, to the north, is leaking.
