Numerous potholes on concrete section of Hessel between State and Neil Some of the potholes aren’t huge to folks driving by but make this section risky to those on bikes This portion of Hessel is designated as a bike route so I'm not the only one on a bike who would appreciate attention to some of the the smaller potholes Thanks!
