Have reported this before. This time I'm adding a photo. This water cover (?) is seriously too deep creating a horrific "pot"-hole. The new asphalt was done lousy and the cover was never flush with the top layer of the asphalt. Shame on the contractor for doing this and the city for allowing it ! Please please fix it.
