Garbage bin behind school system property, playground, filled beyond capacity. Needs regular attention as families using playground leave food and used pampers. Has been reported several times in the past. Has been full for a couple of weeks. Today some young people using the playground did a quick clean up but most of what they collected immediately fell back to the ground
